Nicole Szetela is a licensed Therapist. She received her Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University and her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Cal State University in Fullerton. Nicole has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Bowen Family System Theory, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. She has worked with individuals, families, and children/teenagers in the field of therapy and helping them through various situations. 

She believes in building relationships with clients on the foundation of trust and respect and getting to know them to provide the best help possible. She is passionate about normalizing mental health and breaking down the stereotypes and stigmas surrounding the field. In her free time, Nicole likes to read, write and paint.

Nicole is a multi-racial Associate Therapist. She received her Master in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2021 with a specialization in Trauma from Pacific Oaks College. Nicole has three years of experience working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults from various cultural backgrounds with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, PTSD, Sexual Abuse, and Self-Harm. 

The theoretical orientations used by Nicole are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Trauma Focus. 

Nicole strives to give all her clients a safe environment to share their stories and help them on their journey of healing. She understands taking the first step is hard but the healing journey is fulfilling.

Michelle’s expertise lies in her culturally sensitive approach to therapy, where she adeptly employs a diverse array of therapeutic techniques for individuals, couples, and families. Her extensive toolkit and teaching skills allow her to educate clients on utilizing these tools effectively, fostering personal growth and self-improvement. Michelle’s commitment to creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment underscores her empathetic nature, aiming to guide clients towards mental wellness, mindfulness, and self-awareness for a more fulfilling lifestyle. Her ultimate goal is to empower clients on their journey towards holistic well-being, instilling encouragement and support along the way.

Danita is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She earned her Master of Counseling degree from Palo Alto University. Her work has been with a variety of diverse groups and clients including couples, LGBTQ, all genders, sex work, and adult clients living with the effects of trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and sexual assault. 

Danita uses an intersectional lens to explore identities that impact a person’s well-being, such as gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, age, income, religion, ability, and ethnicity. She believes everyone deserves a safe and non-judgmental space and is dedicated to providing that for her clients





Aline’s philosophy centers on a great quote from Wayne Dyer “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” She has been motivated to understand the inner workings of the mind, whether in her earlier career or at present, by improving the lives of others and alleviating suffering in a therapeutic environment. Aline has spent most of her life following this endeavor by either documenting, volunteering, or now, as a mental health professional creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can progress toward treatment goals, personal growth, and, foremost, life-affirming change.

Aline has an international background, having worked in several countries. In addition, She has had two previous careers, one as a fine artist and the other as a director, writer, and producer of films and television. During her career, she has acquired an integrative approach to treatment by involving specific techniques from different therapeutic orientations best suited for the client’s problems and barriers that prevent them from actualizing their better selves and emotional well-being.

Stephanie is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Communication Studies from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Stephanie has over 10 years’ experience in the corporate world, in the U.S. and abroad, and enjoys assisting clients with the challenges of new life transitions including discovering their professional passions, changing careers, and thriving academically and professionally.  

Whether you are seeking therapy as an individual or a couple, Stephanie specializes in assisting clients with relationship struggles. She has helped individuals, teens, and couples in the areas of intimacy issues, identity exploration, effective communication, trust-building and infidelity recovery, enhanced sex life, co-parenting, and creating more meaningful connections. Her approach is both LGBTQIA affirmative and sex positive. She also works with individuals from a wide range of cultural and life-stage backgrounds assisting with challenges including anxiety, depression, family/friendship issues, grief and loss, sexual challenges, women’s issues, and survivors of abuse. 

Stephanie’s therapeutic style is warm, empathic, and insightful. She assists her clients in making connections between the present and past through mindfulness and identification of patterned thoughts, actions, and feelings; discoveries that can help clients gain greater insight and self-awareness leading to meaningful changes.
